Meat, Cheese & Cracker Platters
“Charcuterie” is a French term for a branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products.In our world, “charcuterie” refers to a meat & cheese board that includes cured meats, a variety of cheeses, crackers, and dipping sauces.
We pull your desired meats & cheeses right out of the case and slice them fresh, then we arrange them with your choice of crackers and other garnishes. Platters are composed of 3-4 cured meats, 3-4 cheeses and 2-3 different types of crackers. Displayed on a 16” platter.
Great for predinner appetizer, small group munchies and dinner party cocktail hour.
Lead time on these orders are preferred 3-5 days prior to date of pick up. Last minute platters can be accommodated however product choices and design may be affected. The cost of these platters varies with the weight and value of products chosen, in most cases average cost ranges from $90.00 – $125.00 ea. and serve 10-20 persons.
